Dear Mr. Basinger,
My apologies for the missing information in our 5-DAY SSO REPORT.
The debris that caused the blockage was an I&I bucket that had failed and fallen into the
manhole blocking the downstream line. Crews were able to pump down the manhole with
our pumper truck and remove the bucket. Sewage was cleaned up at the spill area and
lime was broadcasted to neutralize the sewage. The stream was inspected the day of the
spill and the day after to insure there was no fish kill. I will attach a picture of the bucket.
