The owner's brother-in-law is renting the property and was present at the timE of the inspection. No violations of the permit conditions or deleterious impacts to the receiving stream were observed at the time of the inspection. It is recommended that the septic tank be pumped out every 3-5 years to ensure optimal system performance and longevity.
