On September 21, 2020, Brian Lambe from the Wilmington Regional Office of the Division of Energy,
Mineral, and Land Resources (DEMLR), conducted a compliance evaluation inspection for S & J Villari
Livestock WWTF located in 892 Penny Branch Road, Duplin County, North Carolina.
The following observations were noted during the DEMLR inspection (please see the attached
addendum for additional information about your permit):
1) Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP)
A Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP) has been developed, recorded, and properly
implemented.

Inspection Summary:
Please continue to review and update the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan. Keep in mind that there are annual, semi
annual, and other scheduled requirements for the permit such as: facility inspections, spill logs, employee training, SPPP
review.
Improvements to the facility included installation of concrete pads and a sump pump on secondary containemt (flows to
wastewater). Please document any changes that are made in an update to the SPPP and the Best Management Practices.
