Dear Mr. Williams:
Division personnel have reviewed the City of Greensboro (City)'s request for additional time to
include a 120-day extension (from December 31, 2020, to April 30, 2021) to complete the
construction of Package 4 of the T.Z. Osborne WWTP project, and submit a written report to the
Division of Water Resources (DWR) on completion and optimization of Packages 2,3 and 4. The
appropriate modified sheet, Part I -Section A. (4), has been edited and is attached.
Please note that the City is required to report the total nitrogen (TN) effluent load based on a
calendar year, January 1, 2021-December 31, 2021, and there is no adjustment of the reportable
annual final TN mass limit. This is consistent with your initial request.
This technical correction does not affect any other terms, conditions, or compliance actions
covered by the permit.
