DWR Project #20-314 Proposed Planned Multifamily Project, Durham

The purpose of the site visit to the Proposed Planned Multifamily
Project located on Charlestown Road between Ross Road and Holloway
Street, Durham (Parcel ID 225835), DWR Project #20-314, on September 23,
2020 was to determine if the identified wetlands of concern (represented
as W1 and W2 on Figure 4) were Basin wetlands or Bog wetlands as keyed
out by North Carolina Wetland Assessment Method (NCWAM). Based upon
information given prior to the site visit (soils map, USGS map, and
Sketch map) and the site visit, the site keyed out as the following per
the NCWAM:

W1: Headwater Forest wetland

W2: Headwater Forest Wetland
