For this one, they have two options:
1) Pay the permit fee, and obtain the COC. Then submit a Modification Request
(https://edocs.deq.nc.gov/Forms/NCGO1-Modification) and upload the new plan so it is in the record. OR
2) Direct us to reject this NOI at the Payment Step and apply for a new COC by filling out a new eNOI and then
paying the fee.
Totally their call — we can do it either way.

Thank you for the update. This project had a modification to the approved ESC Plan. This happened right about the time
we had submitted the original eNO1 application and also why payment was not made.
I hope to have the approval from DEQ this week for the plan modification, I will then resubmit a new application for the
project.

As of this morning, we have not yet received a payment for the Construction Stormwater Permit below.
Failure to pay within 30 days results in the application being terminated.
I will hold this application open for an additional 5 business days. If payment is not received by Friday, September 18th
2020, the application will be rejected at payment verification terminating the application, and a NEW application will
need to be processed if this project is still going forward.
