and located within the Pebble Creek Drive townhome community off
Overlook Road in Asheville, Buncombe County, North Carolina. The
proposed project is the stabilization of a portion of Dingle Creek that is at
risk of erosion and instability.

1. PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION, ANY DISCREPANCIES BETWEEN THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
AND NOTES SHALL BE BROUGHT TO THE DESIGN ENGINEER'S ATTENTION IMMEDIATELY.
2. CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING SITE ACCESS TO PEBBLE CREEK RESIDENTS DURING
CONSTRUCTION.
3. THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHORING DESIGN AS NECESSARY TO FACILITATE CONSTRUCTION
AND PROTECT EXISTING UTILITIES AND/OR INFRASTRUCTURE. BRACING AND SUPPORT PLANS FOR EACH
UTILITY SHALL BE PROVIDED BY THE CONTRACTOR AND COORDINATED WITH CITY STAFF.
4. ALL DIMENSIONS AND GRADES SHOWN ON THE PLANS SHALL BE FIELD VERIFIED BYTHE CONTRACTOR
PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION. CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY THE DESIGN ENGINEER IF ANY DISCREPANCIES
EXIST PRIOR TO PROCEEDING WITH CONSTRUCTION FOR NECESSARY PLAN OR GRADE CHANGES.
5. PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION, CONTRACTOR SHALL SCHEDULE A FIELD MEETING WITH THE CITY, ENGINEER,
AND PEBBLE CREEK HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION TO DISCUSS THE STAGING AND ANTICIPATED
IMPACTS DURING CONSTRUCTION.
