encumbrances, and that Grantor will warrant and defend the title against the lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever except for the exceptions hereinafter stated.
Title to the property hereinabove described is subject to the following exceptions: Restrictive
covenants, easements and rights of way as may appear of record in the aforesaid registry as well as
current year ad valorem taxes.

Robert Gibson died September 30, 1957. His Last Will and Testament, recorded in Hoke County Will Book 2,
Page 489, devised a life estate to his wife, Henrietta Gibson, with the remainder to his children. Per the
Application for Letters Testamentary, his children were: Allen C. Gibson, William David Gibson, R.H. Gibson,
Marie Fowler, Alice Gibson, Virginia Rose Gibson, Kathleen Garner, Henrietta Tanner, and Eugene Gibson.
Allen C. Gibson died intestate on or about July 4, 1997, survived by his children, Allen C. Gibson, Jr. and
Thomas Bradley Gibson. Allen C. Gibson, Jr. died intestate on or about December 16, 2004, survived by his
children, Pamela Jayne Williams, Tammy Gibson Miller, and John Walter Gibson, grantors named herein, and the
children of his deceased son, Thomas Bradley Gibson who died intestate on or about December 23, 2003,
Thomas Bradley Gibson, Jr., and Timothy Bryan Gibson, both grantors named herein.

William David Gibson conveyed his interest in the property to Henrietta G. Tanner, Trustee, by deed
recorded in Book 299, Page 715, which included the provision that the property was to be sold in order to pay
his funeral expenses. William David Gibson died March 27, 1995. His Last Will and Testament, probated in Hoke
County file no. 95 E 73, devised all of his property, both real and personal to his wife, Orpha Christine
Willingham Gibson. Orpha Christine Willingham Gibson died intestate on or about November 5, 1997, survived
by her daughter, Beverly Gibson Foster. Beverly Gibson Foster died intestate on or about July 2, 2005, survived
by her husband, Robert "Bobby' Foster and her daughter, Beverly Wise. Robert "Bobby' Foster died testate on
or about October 4, 2010, survived by his daughters, Beverly Wise and Bobbi Anne Rowland. Beverly Wise and
Bobbi Anne Rowland have appointed a successor Trustee of the William David Gibson Trust, and Beverly Wise,
Bobbi Anne Rowland, and the Successor Trustee have conveyed their interest in the property to the heirs of
Henrietta G. Tanner by quitclaim deed recorded in Book , Page , Hoke County Registry.
R.H. Gibson aka Robert Henry Gibson died testate January 5, 2004. His Last Will and Testament,
probated in Hoke County estate file no. 04 E 7, devised his property to his wife, Ann H. Gibson. Ann H. Gibson
died July 2, 2009. Her Last Will and Testament, probated in estate file no. 09 E 118 devised her property to
Robert Vance Gibson and Daniel Harold Gibson, grantors named herein.
Marie Fowler died testate September 3, 2011. Her Last Will and Testament, probated in Hoke County
estate file no. 11 E 216 devised her property to Carol F. Durham and Kathy Marie Fowler, grantors named
herein.
Alice Gibson Allen died testate February 3, 2015. Her Last Will and Testament, probated in Hoke County
estate file no. 15 E 33 devised her property to Teresa Jean Allen, Sandra Diana Allen and Shirley Ann Allen Stika,
grantors named herein.
Virginia Rose Gibson aka Virginia G. Thornton conveyed her interest to Henrietta G. Tanner by deed
recorded in Book 252, Page 864.
Kathleen Garner died testate October 6, 2000. Her Last Will and Testament, probated in Moore County
estate file no. 00 E 78 and filed in Hoke County estate file no. 03 E 78 devised her property to Brenda Ann Garner
Jordan, Linda Sue Garner Lemonds, and Helen Garner Fiscus. Brenda Ann Garner Jordan conveyed her interest
to Harlon Everett Jordan, Jr., a grantor named herein, by deed recorded in Book 735, Page 32. Linda Sue Garner
Lemonds died June 15, 2009. Her Last Will and Testament is probated in Montgomery County estate file no. 09 E
111, and filed in Hoke County estate file no. 20 E 29, devised her property to Larry Lemonds.
Henrietta Tanner died February 21, 2013. Her Last Will and Testament, probated in Hoke County estate
file no. 13 E 81 devised one-third of her property to Robert Henry Thornton, Jack Kris Thornton, and Nancy Rose
Thornton, grantors named herein; one-third of her property to Alice Gibson Allen, whose heirs are grantors
named herein; and one-third of her property to Ashley Rae Wellman and Keith Wellman, grantors named
herein.
Eugene Gibson died testate January 17, 2004. His Last Will and Testament, probated in Cleveland County
estate file no. 04 E 78, and filed in Hoke County estate file no. 20 E 28, devised his property to his wife, Barbara
W. Gibson. Barbara W. Gibson died testate July 20, 2019. Her Last Will and Testament, probated in Cleveland
