Ranveer,
The draft permit looks ok. I am comfortable with the items you listed in your email.
Shouldn't we include the major modification application dated July 23, 2020 with this permitting action? They were
requesting residuals sources to be added (Graham -Mebane WTP, Startex Jackson WTP, Siler City WTP & Lake Kirby WTP)
in that application. I received a call yesterday from Nate Roth with Synagro asking about the status of that request. I told
him to contact you for an update. Apparently they have a contract lined up to land apply residuals for one or more of
these proposed sources and are concerned they may be unable to fulfill the contract because the permit hasn't been
issued yet. See attached staff report dated August 10, 2020. It appeared that all the proposed sources meet limits and
can be added to the Attachment A.

Hi Patrick,
I have attached the draft permit for WQ0035207. I have the following doubts:
• The sampling results had a similar issue with the summary sheet showing a PQL > regulatory limit but the
detailed sheet was correct.
• The sampling date for Stovall WTP was April 2019 ( more than a year prior to the application submittal).
• No results to show Fecal coliform levels., I think we had decided to ask them for Fecal results once every permit
cycle but since they are residuals from WTP I think we don't need the results.
