Based on the new preapplication requirements, I would like to notify you that we will be applying for the 401 permit in
the next couple weeks. I understand that I am also supposed to notify you that I do not want to hold a preapplication
meeting, and request that you enter the request in laserfiche. This is so that application won’t get kicked back to us as
incomplete when we submit it.
