Staff addressed all questions presented and provided access to all facility areas requested. A review of data submitted for the ocean outfall temperature monitoring event on 2/18/20 was reviewed Data submitted demonstrate compliance with the temperature monitoring requirements and standards as described in permit condition A(1). Comment: Two site domestic treatment facilities were combined in early 2019 to be treated at one facility (outfall 010). The effluent pipe from the former 004 domestic treatment facility was filled with concrete. The current facility is an SBR system with 4 treatment trains (2 are currently idle). The internal outfall 003 Radwaste Treatment System discharges by batch from one of two internal water treatment process storage tanks at the rate of 20-30k gallons approximately twice per week. Internal outfall 005 discharges primarily stormwater. The receiving basin is planned to be lined with a synthetic liner. Internal outfall 006 is permitted to discharge metal cleaning wastes; no reported discharges during this permit cycle. Internal outfall 011 discharges primarily stormwater and water extracted from wells surrounding the 005 basin. Internal outfall 012 discharges groundwaters to 011; no discharge reported this permit cycle.
