The COC for Cape Fear's Beneficiation, NCG200530, see attached, states that Cape Fear Steam Station in is the
Neuse River Basin and discharges to the Neuse River. The Cape Fear Steam Station is in the Cape Fear River
Basin and discharges to the Cape Fear River.
Duke Energy requests a modification to the COC to correct this designation and change to:
"..receiving waters designated as Cape Fear River, class WS-IV waters in the Cape Fear River Basin,..."
