Subject:Meeting on site for U-4910 permit modification
On July 1,2020 Donna Hood,Joel Howard,Christopher Fine,and Thomas Smith met on site for an inspection of
the Derita Road widening project(BIMS20141271).The discussion was that additional bank stabilization was
needed along the Rocky River to ai in protection of support structures.
On July 29,2020,after on site personnel had assessed the amount of additional bank stabilization needed,I received
an email from Joel Howard requesting an additional 45 feet of bank stabilization.
