before.
As to the NCG020155 facitily contact info, is that taken care of with the previous email I sent?

I just found a letter on my desk regarding the renewal of permit information for the new General Permits. I was able to
finally get on the website and notice that the facility contact needs to be changed for this permit. If that is a problem
now, I can wait until after the new permit is issued and correct it afterwards.
The facility contact at location would be Jim Raines (jim.raines @salemstonecorp.com) with the same address and
phone number.
In regards to Permit NCG020227 I did not receive any information on this. Upon lookup through your website, there is a
lot of incorrect information on there. I apologize for not finding this until now. Would you please advise me what to do
to get this information corrected? The Crystal Reports shows to download an owner/change of ownership form? Is that
something I should do ASAP?
