Inspection Summary:
On September 16, 2020, a follow-up inspection was conducted following a compliance inspection on August 12, 2020 which
revealed that the SWPPP had not been reviewed or updated since 2014. There were no apparent deficiencies with the
updated SWPPP, nor were any compliance issues revealed during the inspection. The facility is now in compliance with the
permit.

Comment: The updated SWPPP was observed on -site after beina reviewed remotelv on SeDtember 11
2020. The Preventative Maintenance and Good Housekeeping Plan and Employee Training
documentation were reviewed during this inspection; no apparent deficiencies were observed
with the SWPPP, which has been implemented. Spill kits have been added in several locations
since the previous inspection.

Comment: All outfalls were observed during the inspection, including a newly identified outfall draining a
Dortion of the Darkina lot area. Maintenance was done to clean out culverts and stabilize
upstream areas following the previous inspection .
