Dear Ms. Aycock:
The North Carolina Division of Water Resources conducted an inspection of the Town of Fremont WWTF on

In addition, the issues below must also be addressed:
Compliance Issue(s):
• At the time of the inspection the ORC had documentation that annual soil fertility analyses required by Condition
IV.12 of Permit No. WQ0034102 had been collected, but did not have a copy of the results of these analyses.
The above referenced condition also requires that soil fertility analyses results be maintained with the other
records related to Permit No. WQ0034102 for five years.
Remedial actions should have already been taken to correct this problem and prevent further occurrences in the
future. The Division of Water Resources may pursue enforcement action for this and any additional violations of
State law.
To prevent further action, please respond in writing to this office within 10 working days upon your receipt of this
Notice of Deficiency regarding your plans or measures to be taken to address the indicated violations and other
identified issues, if applicable.
If you should have any questions or would like to discuss this non-compliance situation, please contact Robert
Tankard at (252)948-3921 or Randy Sipe (252)948-3849.
Sincerely,
ROW T""
