The name can be Bill, but then he will be associated with a Michigan address. We can make a separate billing contact
with Bill Edens + Michigan billing address, but then he'll be in our system twice, also as Bill Edens + Newton address. If
this is how you want to do it, we can set it up that way; I was just concerned the invoice would arrive at Billing and could
be rejected because there was no one there by that name. If that will not be a problem, we will move ahead with how
you requested.

One more follow up on this. Bill Eden's mailing address is the facility in Newton. If we update the Billing Contact to be
Bill, the address is Michigan (that you point out needs correction from "5365" to "5065") will not be associated with
Bill. His mailing address will be 1570 East P Street Ext. in Newton, NC.
Unfortunately we only mail paper invoices right now, so the email contact will not be the first line of contact for
invoicing until we transition to that at a later date. Is it best to just send the invoice to Bill, and he contacts the
appropriate department / forwards via email? Or should we have different billing contact in Michigan with the MI
mailing address so I can associate the proper email contact for the plant with that billing contact record?

Hi! I would update the name to Bill Edens.
If you need a contact for billing information or payment inquiries, please read the attached file. Be advised
that Newton's location is referred to as "5065". In your screen shot below, you can remove "5365" and
replace it with "5065". Otherwise, the billing address is correct.
The payables contact person, seems to change often, so please use the phone number in the file to keep
updated on who in payables you can speak with or contact.

In ZF's ongoing effort to improve the processes by which it interacts with its customers, the Northville Shared Service
Center would like to inform you of changes to the Accounts Payable invoice submission email address.
Please carefully read below directions:
In our effort to "go green", we ask you to submit standard non-ERS invoices electronically to the below email
addresses in PDF format. Please locate the ship -to location for proper invoice submission email address.
Please read very carefully the points below to ensure your invoices are compliant in order to avoid delay
in payment:
• The purchase order must be indicated on the invoice. If not, the invoice will not be processed,
and it will be returned to the supplier for correction and resubmission.
• Only one purchase order per invoice will be accepted. If more than one purchase order is listed on
the invoice, this invoice will not be processed, and it will be returned to the supplier for correction.
• Invoice must contain complete and accurate description of goods/services provided.
• One invoice per PDF — maximum of 10 invoices per email.
• ERS Vendors: We do not manually process ERS (Evaluated Receipt Settlements) invoices, also known as
direct material shipments. These receipts are created automatically; therefore, please DO NOT send us
any invoices, packing slips, or delivery notes.
If you are not able to submit electronically, please refer to Purchase Order for accurate billing address.
If you have any inquiries please contact the Northville SSC AP department, via vendor inquiries e-mail as defined in table
below or call [phone]. The operating hours of the SSC AP are from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm EST, Monday through

There is no need to do anything or apply for renewal under General Permit. Please ensure contact information stays up
to date, and that fees are paid. The Certificate of Coverage will be automatically renewed as long as all fees are

current. We typically sent out correspondence some months ahead of the renewal with instructions; please be sure to
