I was unable to locate any information in our Division of Water Resources database related to these sites:
• 301 Goodman Road, Concord, NC 28027
• 349 Goodman Road, Concord, NC 28027
• 321 Goodman Road, Concord, NC 28027
• 375 Goodman Road, Concord, NC 28027
However, I ran the given address 413 Goodman Road, Concord, NC 28027 and found that this address does have
one active permit — SWG030013. This is a State Stormwater Clearing and Grading permit. I did not find any
incidents, violations, enforcements, etc. associated with that site. If you'd like a copy of the permit, I will
connect you with our Division of Waste, Energy and Mineral Resources PIC, Robert Johnson, who is familiar
with stormwater records and can provide a copy of it.

I see that my colleague, Laura Leonard, has already responded to this request from the perspective of our
Division of Waste Management. I have also copied my colleague from our Division of Air Quality to they can see
if they has anything regulated to their division.

The Division of Waste Management has a great tool called the Site Locator Tool that allows the public to search
and find any facility permitted by the Division. Most files associated with the facilities are also linked to the
search results. The exception is underground storage tanks, which permits about 6,000 facilities and is in the
process of converting paper records to electronic files. Feel free to access this system
