Mr. Coscia:

Through coordination with the North Carolina Division of Coastal Management, we have
learned of your request to renew and transfer the Department of the Army (DA) permit originally
issued to Mr. David Greer, which was last modified on October 2, 2014, to Sloop Point
Plantation, POA.. The latest modification authorized the continued maintenance dredging
around the existing docking facility associated with Sloop Point Plantation at the end of Sloop
Point Road (SR 1561), adjacent the Atlantic Intracoastal Water Way, in Hampstead, Pender
County, North Carolina.

The proposal continues to be consistent with the provisions and objectives of general permit
No. 1978000291 (enclosed). The permit is hereby transferred. It is understood that all other
conditions of your permit remain applicable and the permit will expire December 31, 2021.
