In reference to Violation 1. 9 w oo Nash;aro rerQ 0 9e s S 1 sent in 3 plan of actions on all three lagoons star;Xgn June 1st and the 18t" and then on July 20t"12020. An extension was also completed and faxed in a few days past my 30day period which was due to the consultant getting the information together and completed to be faxed. These plans were sent in due to high freeboard levels caused by constant rains which kept me from adequately maintaining my lagoon levels. It continued to rain several days in a row and by the time I could pump it would rain again and there was no way to irrigate due to fields being saturated. I have done everything possible to keep the lagoons in compliance but the weather is out of my control. From 5/6/2020- 6/22/2020 we received 16inches of rain which severely affected my ability to irrigate and maintain my freeboard. In reference to Violation 2: When I reported my freeboard levels at 19" 1 was under the impression that was my start pump elevation but in reality Lagoon #1 is 19.5" Lagoon #2 is 19.5" and Lagoon #3 is 19.8". When I reported them they were actually not in the red because I was going by my actual marker which matched my design. Moving forward I will make sure they are reported accurately and will continue to maintain my lagoon levels to insure they stay in compliance. I appreciate your understanding in this situation and I'm doing everything possible to ensure this doesn't happen again and appreciate any guidance you can give. Sincerely, 1 -6r4j Donald Taylor
