Hi David and Kaylie,
I have reviewed the information sent to me about the Little River Reach 1 Restoration project, which proposes to stabilize
90 ft of the Little River and temporarily impact 5 ft of the river for an irrigation pipe installation in Transylvania County.
Wild Rainbow Trout are in the project vicinity, and project activities should be avoided between January 1 and April 15 to
minimize impacts to trout reproduction. Thank you for the opportunity to review and comment on this project. Please
