On October 23, 2019, the facility was inspected. Coverage under NCG050000 was not
recommended.
We have concluded that stormwater discharges from this site cannot be covered
under NCG050000. This site will require an Individual Stormwater Permit, which will
require a new application and related fees. With this letter, your application and
supporting materials are being returned to you.
The return of this application does not affect the legal requirements to obtain other
permits which may be required by the Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources, or
permits required by the Division of Water Resources, Coastal Area Management Act, or any
other federal or local governmental permit or approval that may be required.
