From: Gwinn, Matt Sent:Tuesday, September 15, 2020 1:21 PM To: 'Catherine Lynch' <catherine@wardson.com> Subject: RE: [External] RE: Construction Stormwater NOI Not Accepted Hi Catherine, I have spoken with my supervisor and we agreed that it would be best if you reached out to Wake County to ask if they can issue you a new approval letter. Wake County may consider this lot to be part of the original common plan of development for the subdivision, and if your E&SC plan is still up to date they may issue you a new approval letter similar to the one you submitted in your first eNOl. My number is 919-707-3648, please give me a call if you have any other questions. Thank you, Matt Gwinn From: Catherine Lynch <catherine@wardson.com> Sent: Monday, September 14, 2020 3:22 PM To: Gwinn, Matt<matt.gwinn@ncdenr.gov> Cc: Reese Ward <Reese@wardson.com> Subject: [External] RE: Construction Stormwater NOI Not Accepted External email. Please see the below notes in red: Thank you for your help! Updated application to Hector Creek (C;HQW) (B8) - When a project is owned by an organization then the ownership is usually non-government. Updated application to Non-Government (D5) - The grading permit that was submitted is expired. The original grading permit was issued for the development of the subdivision and that has been completed. There is not a current grading permit, as this is just an individual lot that is being graded a little for new residential construction. Do we need to submit an individual lot grading permit through the Town of Fuquay or do we need to submit one through Wake County as we have had to do in our other subdivision we are building in at Sanctuary at Yates Mill in Raleigh? The reason I am asking is because we did not have to submit one on our other lot we built on in Meyers Place. Please submit a new NOL To pre-populate the new NOI, select 'Yes' for the first question and enter NOI number 31311. Contact matt. winn o ncdenr.gov with questions. Thank you Please contact The Stormwater Program Administrative Assistant for more information at (919) 707- 3640. Please reference NOI application no. 31311 and Project ID NCC-WAKE-2020-LOT 9 MEYERS PLACE. This email was automatically generated by Laserfiche.
