correct latitude and longitude for the site on Steele Creek Rd.
(Al2) -Acres to be disturbed needs to match approved acreage on the Letter of Approval.
(131) -The legally responsible organization on the eNOI should be the same as the legally responsible entity on the NCI
Certification Form.
(132 &3) -This person should be listed as the legally responsible person on the NOI Certification Form.The person who
signs the NOI Certification Form must be from the same organization as the Legally Responsible Individual.
Please submit a new NCI.To pre-populate the new NCI, select'Yes'for the first question and enter NCI number 31327.
