(138) -A project which is owned by an organization is usually classified as Non-Government ownership. (D8) - Please check the boxes on the NOI Certification Form to confirm you agree to the terms. (E) -The same Individual must sign the NOI Certification Form and Part E of the eNCI. If an authorized responsible person signs the NOI Certification Form they must print their name and title on the line below their signature on the NCI Certification Form.
