Please find attached the July 2020 NDMR and NDARs for Permit No. WQ0003396 for Arauco
North America, Inc. The facility continues to pump and haul wastewater to the Big Buffalo Waste
Treatment Plant in Sanford, NC.
The 2nd Triannual Groundwater Quality Monitoring Compliance Reports (GW-59 and GW-59A)
are also attached for each Groundwater Monitoring Well listed in Permit No. WQ 0003396, as
well as the nearest Surface Water (Creek) down gradient to the Spray Irrigation fields. Please see
the Compliance Report Form (GW-59A) for an explanation of the historical exceedances of
chlorides, TDS, and pH in the wells.
