No —we're not putting this on public notice. Runoff from the parking area is the only thing sustaining this small feature.
It's mowed regularly and if it didn't have soil I'd have tossed it. The project is to put a gas station on this area. Adjacent
outparcels are either already developed or are being developed now (an optometrist is building just to the west of it).
I haven't done one of these before, but Jean is holding my hand for now. I'm going to update the EA and I think that's
the extent of our work on it.

Hey Chris,
I think this project is yours? I've offered to handle it for the Central Office. Do you intend to put this modification
request out on public notice? Do you have any insider info about the application from any discussions with the
applicant? I'm happy to review it "cold" just making sure that I have everything in front of me before I pick it up.
