Everything looks good except for a few small issues: Please correct the following: - Original Comment 12 – Riprap sizing for C1 – The peak 10-year flowrate for hydrograph 3 (the post-construction drainage area into the proposed wet pond) is 125.26 cfs and there is only one inlet into the proposed wet pond. Please either provide the storm sewer calculations showing that the peak 10-year flowrate for this pipe is 56.84 cfs or provide the riprap sizing calculation for the peak 10-year flowrate shown on hydrograph 3. - Prior Comment 3 – Forebay entrance & exit elevations – Please see the attached sketch showing the forebay entrance, exit, and sediment storage elevation (SSE) in cross-section. When we refer to the entrance of the forebay we are referring to what is labeled on sheet C8.14 as “Bottom of permanent sediment storage forebay entrance” (The lowest excavated point of the bottom of the forebay , located near the inlet) and when we refer to the exit of the forebay we are referring to what is labeled on sheet C8.14 as “Bottom of permanent sediment storage forebay exit” (The highest excavated point of the bottom of the forebay , located away from the inlet). Raising the elevation of the “Bottom of permanent sediment storage forebay exit” from elevation 11960.00 to elevation 1196.50 will make the design compliant with the MDC (Since a minimum of 6 in. of sediment storage is provided over the entire forebay bottom and the entrance will be deeper than the exit). - Prior Comment 4c – Wet Pond Sheet, Lines 43 & 44 – Update the entrance and exit elevation in accordance with prior comment 3. If revising as suggested, Line 43 would be 66 in. and Line 44 would be 60 in. Please provide the following: - Either: o Storm sewer calculations showing the peak 10-year flowrate for the pipe entering the proposed wet pond is 56.84 cfs (1x hard copy & 1x electronic copy uploaded to Laserfiche), or o Riprap sizing calculation for the peak 10-year flowrate shown on hydrograph 3, 125.26 cfs (1x hard copy & 1x electronic copy uploaded to Laserfiche) - Revised Plan Sheets (2x hard copies & 1x electronic copy uploaded to Laserfiche): o C0.0 (If the “revisions” box is updated) o Any sheets that may have been updated addressing these comments. - Revised Wet Pond Sheet of Supplement-EZ Form (2x hard copies & 1x full electronic copy of the entire Supplement-EZ Form uploaded to Laserfiche) Since these are really minor things, once I get the hard copies, anything else that may have changed from addressing these issues, and the documents are uploaded to Laserfiche (Provided everything is still in order), we can issue the permit without doing another formal 30-45 day review.
