Staff review of the plans and specifications has determined that the project, as proposed, will comply with the Stormwater Regulations set forth in Title 15A NCAC 2H.1000 - 1062 rules. We are forwarding Permit No. SW6191006, dated July 30, 2020, for the construction, operation and maintenance of the subject project and the stormwater system. This permit shall be effective from the date of issuance and shall be subject to the conditions and limitations as specified therein, and does not supersede any other agency permit that may be required. The original signed permit package and approved plans are being mailed to David Heins at the following address (NOTE: Due to unforeseen circumstances, the mailing of the hard copy of the permit will be delayed slightly. It should be mailed out in a week or so): Director of Public Works (DPW) 2175 Reilly Road Stop A Fort Bragg, NC 28310-5000 This project will be kept on file after 30 days at the Fayetteville Regional Office.
