On 9/16/2020, I (Daniel Boss) conducted a compliance evaluation inspection of the wastewater
treatment system at 3001 Butler Bridge Rd. I met with Elizabeth Koch who is the daughter of the
system owner (Peggy Block) and resident of the home.
This system has a septic tank, sand filter, recirculation tank, and UV disinfection. The control panel for
the pumps doesn't appear to have audio or visual alarms. The indicator for the UV status on the
control panel appears to indicate that the UV bulb needs replacement.
Effluent sampling has not been performed because Ms. Koch was not able to locate a laboratory able
to perform the sample analysis.
