Everything looks good except for a few small issues: - Application o The total impervious area within the project area is reported as 35,838 sf and the total project area is 2.25 ac. This yields a percent impervious area of approximately 36% whereas Section IV, 8 indicates a percent impervious area for the site is 50%. Please revise. - General o The design volume of Infiltration Basin 1 is shown as 2,405 cf in the Supplement-EZ Form and 2,172 cf in the calculations. Please revise. Please provide the following: - Application with above corrections made (2x hard copies (only the updated page) & 1x electronic copy (full) uploaded to Laserfiche). - Any submittal material that is impacted by addressing the above general comment, (Any applicable hard copy(s) & electronic copy(s) uploaded to Laserfiche). If the Supplement-EZ form needs to be corrected, we require 2 hard copies, one with an original signature and seal. If the plans need to be corrected, please provide 2 full sized hard copies of the affected sheets. If the calculations need to be corrected, we only require 1 hard copy. - Title sheet indicating the date of the latest revision to the plans (2x full-sized hard copies). Since these are really minor things, once I get the hard copies, anything else that may have changed from addressing these issues, and the documents are uploaded to Laserfiche (Provided everything is still in order), we can issue the permit.
