Subject: Location of Outfalls for Storm Water Permit
Mr. Shavender:
My name is Mike Meloy and I am the Industrial General Storm Water Permitting Coordinator for NCDEQ. I am currently
reviewing your NOI, submitted 6/10/2020 and wanted to verify that the location of the outfall was correct. It is listed as:
Latitude: 35.626500
Longitude: 77.26474
When I tried to verify these coordinates, it appears as though the outfall is not located on this site. The issue appears to
be the given longitude. Thank you!
Very Respectfully,
Mike Meloy
