Subject: Plans for Melvin Portable Plant Temp Site Stormwater Discharge
Mr. Melvin:
I am currently processing the application for coverage under NCG140000 for stormwater discharge for the Melvin
Portable Plant Temporary Site located in Willard (application NCG140480). I understand that the site has not been built
yet and as such, the stormwater outfall(s) have not been identified yet. Is there an expected timeline for this? I cannot
issue the permit without this information. Thank you!
