Sorry for the late response. We've been reviewing if this would bring any impact to the flood study, and after
checking into it we think the flood study is still fine.
The WL-7 exhibit is updated to address Alan's comment. Please review and let us know if this will satisfy him.

Just wanted to pass along Alan's comments. We could potentially modify the Road Culvert 92 Headwall
Elevation to match what Alan is wanting. Essentially there is a floodplain bench that matches the elevation of
the sills on the outside culverts on both the upstream and downstream side. Something similar to what is shown
in the attached pictures. Let me know what you think we might include or respond with to satisfy what Alan is
asking for here. Thanks-

I want to make sure the engineer understands that the two outside culverts the fill/bench should
go to the top of the 1.5 sill, and the base flow (middle culvert) would be up to the 1 ft
sill. Immediately up/down stream (inlet/outlet) Thanks
