We've been reviewing if this would bring any impact to the flood study, and after checking into it we think the flood study is still fine. The WL-7 exhibit is updated to address Alan's comment. We could potentially modify the Road Culvert 92 Headwall Elevation to match what Alan is wanting. Essentially there is a floodplain bench that matches the elevation of the sills on the outside culverts on both the upstream and downstream side. Something similar to what is shown in the attached pictures. Let me know what you think we might include or respond with to satisfy what Alan is asking for here.
