Subject: Information Needed for Stormwater Permit Application
Igor Putin:
I am currently processing the application for stormwater discharge under NCG100000 for the CarpartsNC facility located
on North Tryon Street in Charlotte, NC (application NCG100249). In order to finish processing this application, I need to
know the latitude and longitude of all the outfalls on site. In addition, a new site map showing the location of the
outfall(s) is needed. Thank you!
Very Respectfully,
Michael Meloy
