Subject: Needed Information for Permit NCG190113
Mr. Harrell:
My name is Mike Meloy and I am the Industrial General Storm Water Permitting Coordinator. I am currently reviewing
your NOI, submitted 6/4/2020 and noticed that no outfalls are listed, although the permit does indicate that there is one
on site. Could you please provide me with the geo location of that outfall as well as a brief description so I can get that
added. Thank you!
Very Respectfully,
Mike Meloy
