I would like to build this nature deck on the outside of both buffers/zones (50' away
from the lake) and wetlands area so there is no impact except I'd like to remove
dead trees in zone 1 and 2

I will use only hand tools to build the deck and it will be outside the protected
wetlands area as seen on the site plan. Minimal tree removal, this deck is for nature
viewing only.

hand tools will be used not heavy equipment, minimal impact as this is for private
nature viewing
