Below are the findings of the inspection. Ayear's worth of NDMR and NDARs were spot checked during the inspection. There was no irrigation at this facility during this time. The ORC stated there has not been irrigation at this facility for well over 5 years. Records support this and show the facility has not been in use since at least 2014. The irrigation equipment appeared to be operational and in decent shape. The irrigation fields appear to be somewhat overgrown. If irrigation were to take place again it would need to be cleaned up and be in a condition that is compliant with the permit. It is important to note that the records show that irrigation has not taken place since 2014 at this facility. The facility was found to be compliant with permit #W00021289. Please notify the Washington Regional Office is irrigation were ever to resume at the facility.
