Please fill out whichever one works best on your computer. In the Catawba Riparian Buffer Rules it states that there is a 50' buffer. Within the first 30' from full pond, there is to be no grading or tree removal. If trees are removed, then they must be re -planted with native species trees, of a 3" diameter at shoulder height, and at least 8' tall. Secondly, I will need a sketch of the shoreline showing the length of the shoreline, proposed square footage of impact both above and below full pond, and the potential construction corridor.
