WRF [1000 Durham St. Ext., Clayton] in
Johnston County for the discharge of
treated municipal and industrial waste-
water to the Neuse River, Neuse River
Basin. The modification will record the
purchase of nutrient offset credits for fu-
ture use and will not affect existing ef-
fluent limitations or other requirements
of the permit.

oaths, affirmations, etc., personally appeared
