APPROVAL OF REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF ECOSYSTEM ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM (EEP)
MITIGATION PAYMENT DUE DATE
Dear Mr. Thompson:
On February 2, 2010, the Division of Water Quality received a letter dated January 29, 2010, from your
consultant, S&EC, regarding an extension to the due date for buffer mitigation payment to Ecosystem
Enhancement Program (EEP) for the above-referenced project as required in Condition No. 3 of your Major
Variance revision, issued to you on January 1, 2010. You have requested that the due date for payment to NC
EEP for the above-referenced project be extended to July 1, 2010. The DWQ will hereby grant this request.
This letter only addresses the granting of an extension to the due date for payment to EEP for the above-referenced
project as required in Condition No. 3 of your revised Major Variance and does not authorize any impacts to wetlands,
