Dear Mr. Wilkerson,
The Division of Water Resources (DWR) received a draft Bank Parcel Development Package
(BPDP) for the Perry Hill II Mitigation Site (Site) in 2020, for review and approval under the terms
and conditions of the Wildlands Holdings V, LLC (Wildlands) Perry Hill 11 Mitigation Banking
Instrument for Riparian Buffer Mitigation (MBI) received on May 20, 2020. Effective October 6,
2020, the MBI was made and entered into by Wildlands acting as the Bank Sponsor, and the DWR.
DWR reviewed the BPDP and MBI documents and provided comments and recommendations.
DWR received a revised BPDP and MBI that addressed all comments and recommendations. The
table below summarizes the timeline of the BPDP and MBI:
