Attached is the Final Permit Renewal for Old Fort WWTP (NC0021229). Thanks for the assistance
as we moved through the renewal process. This permit will be effective starting October 1,
2020. Please note that the Cover Letter outlines a few changes in the final permit. In addition,
please remember the changes in the permit outlined in the draft and be familiar with these
changes so you can be in compliance with the new conditions. If you have any questions please
contact me or staff in the Asheville Regional Office.
