Mr. Ryan, I have attached the documents changing ownership of the subject Certificate of Coverage (CoC) to you. Let
me know if you need anything else.

Due to COVID-related delays in permit processing, the renewed versions of NCG500000 and
NCG520000 are not yet ready. If you have a CoC under either General Permit, your CoC is
administratively extended until the renewal permits are issued. By applying for your permit renewal in
a timely manner, which includes either the payment of all annual fees OR submission of a renewal
form, your CoC is automatically extended as per NC general Statute 150B:
§150B-3. Special provisions on licensing.
(a) When an applicant or a licensee makes a timely and sufficient application for issuance or renewal
of a license [permit] or occupational license, including the payment of any required license fee, the
existing license or occupational license does not expire until a decision on the application is finally
made by the agency
Continue to operate under your existing version of the General Permit until we can send you a new
one. We apologize for the inconvenience.
We're still waiting for EPA approval of the new versions of NCG500000 and NCG520000. Once the final versions are
approved, we will begin distributing the new versions to CoC holders. Continue operating under the 2018 version of
NCG550000 until you receive the new permit.
