Marshall,
I am so sorry it has taken awhile to get back to you. We are okay with considering the roadside ditch an
existing conveyance through the buffer, even though it will be temporarily filled. We would like to see
the matting laid prior to fill, and the ditch revegetated with native grasses upon removal of the fill. Both
of these will be conditions of the permit. Also, no new conveyances should be built to go through the
buffer during construction to handle stormwater during construction.
Do you need those plans back, they look like an original set?
