The wetland shown was delineated by CWS but called out by USACE as David did not find hydric soils. The
two pipes are existing. It is likely that the two streams have been created by the stormwater coming from these
existing pipes. See below the clarification how the pipes will be reconfigured.

My concern was picking up all off site SW and then discharging to the stream, instead of overland flow, but it
appears the "streams" are a fcn of the existing(?) pipes
