I just downloaded a shapefile for NPDES Stormwater Permits from the DEMLR website to confirm what permits are
within the Town of Chapel Hill's jurisdiction, and noticed that the point for permit #NCG140126 (Southern Equipment
Company) is not correct — the address for the site is 201Guthrie Avenue, Carrboro, but the point is off Merritt Mill Road
in Chapel Hill. Here's a screenshot (the pink line is the boundary between Carrboro and Chapel Hill):
