This letter is a response to your letter sent regarding the violation for high freeboard that you
sent for facility 25-7 in Craven County.
Attached is my 30 day plan of action for the facility. I will continue to monitor water levels in my
lagoon and irrigate as frequently as weather and soil moisture allows.
