Discharge Monitoring Reports (eDMRs) were reviewed for the period July 2019 through June 2020. All monitoring frequencies were correct. A daily maximum effluent TSS violation was reported in November 2019. The Division has separately addressed this limit violation through the issuance of a Notice of Violation (NOW The ORC will revise and resubmit the March 2020 eDMR (correct all the effluent temperatures) and April 2020 eDMR (correct effluent PH values on the 6th and 14th and include ORC visitation on 24th).
