Hi Sue,
I looked at this project. I would think they could redesign it so it is more dense between the two streams, although
perhaps they are trying to avoid impacting the buffer. Or perhaps they could cross closer to Stafford Village Boulevard
where I think the stream is more ephemeral perhaps. I just think they could reduce their impacts. Otherwise, I don't
have any comments. Thanks Sue. I hope you had a great long weekend.
